Justin represents individuals, health care providers and business entities on general corporate, regulatory, compliance, employment and commercial litigation matters. Justin has experience with a wide range of transactions, such as sales and acquisitions of businesses, in which he takes an active role in due diligence review and analysis, drafting purchase and sale agreements, consulting agreements, and other ancillary documents.
Justin provides counsel on day-to-day regulatory and compliance requirements issued by the New York State Department of Health, the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the New York State Department of Labor and other state and federal regulators. This includes assisting clients with surveys, audits, wage and hour compliance, human resources and personnel issues, and creating and drafting company policies and procedures that comply with state and federal employment laws and Department of Health and Medicaid regulations.
In addition, Justin supports the Firm’s civil and commercial litigation practice, including breach of contract, corporate disputes, and employment disputes.
While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Justin served as the Executive Articles Editor for the New York International Law Review.
